What Makes It Different

Storage

We recommend keeping your seed in a cool dry location, especially after opening. This helps to maintain a high germination rate for an extended period of time.

Handling

Seed is safe to handle. However if you are sensitive to airborne particles you may want to wear a mask when adding your seed to a spreader for instance.

We ship Canada wide. Most orders are shipped with UPS. Canada Post is used for some locations.

Why This Fertilizer?

Because urea contains a very high percentage of nitrogen, it can deliver significant growth responses when applied correctly. It is commonly used when rapid green-up is needed or when nitrogen levels in the soil are low. Proper application ensures efficient nutrient uptake and strong turf growth.

Technical Details

Urea is one of the most widely used nitrogen fertilizers in turfgrass management due to its high nutrient concentration and rapid plant availability. Nitrogen is the key element responsible for chlorophyll production and vegetative growth in turfgrass species. Research conducted through the Purdue University Turfgrass Science Program demonstrates that nitrogen fertilization significantly increases turfgrass density and improves canopy recovery following stress.
