Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will my order ship?
All standard orders ship in 12-48 hrs. We always work to ship your order as quickly as possible. You can now check the status of your order using your customer account at the top of the page. If you have any questions at all please contact us.
How will my order ship?
Your order will ship via Canada Post or UPS depending on what offers the best service to your location. Every order comes wit tracking and it will be sent to you when your order is ready to be shipped.
How long is delivery?
In most cases your order will be delivered within a week. For locations in Ontario it is usually 1-2 days, BC and the Maritimes will be closer to a week in most cases. We use expedited services for all orders.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in Burlington, Ontario. When checking out select "pickup". Once your order is ready you will get a notification alerting you that you can pick up your order.
When can I pick up my order?
We strive to have all pickup orders ready "next day". Sometimes we will have it ready the day you order however. Keep in an eye out for your notification, or you can always reach out and ask us.
Can I return my order?
Yes, all orders can be returned up to 30 days after purchase as long as they have not been opened/used. Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 3 days. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have an issue or a question contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

What makes you different?
All of our products are designed to provide the highest level results possible. Our products are the same professionals use to create the best turf possible. On top of that we only sell what will work for Canadian lawns.
I have no idea what to buy!
No problem! Just reach out to us on our contact page and we will help you out. We also have some exciting new tools coming shortly to help as well.
How long until I see results?
This depends on a lot of variables, and especially the plan and goals for your lawn. In many cases you will see results within a few weeks (sometimes days!), and over a season you will see a considerable change. To get the "perfect" lawn takes time however.
Do you guarantee results?
We do stand by our recommendations and products and are happy to discuss any questions you have with you. Getting the lawn of your dreams takes time and depending on the plan your results may not be evident immediately.
